Sarah's poetry has been featured at Bus Boys and Poets, and she previously served as a facilitator for the Create Anyways creative collective. She studied creative writing under author Silas House at Berea College, where she was a student editor for the Appalachian Review and Berea College Magazine.

As a coach, Sarah helps women overcome overwhelm and build intentional rhythms that support joy, connection, and rest. Her signature Adaptable Goal Framework leverages the power of decision-automation and energy management to help women live more joyful lives.
